Wilmington, Ohio – Innovative Engineered Solutions® officially announced today the launch of its new EcoForm™ line of servo-hydraulic tube endforming machines and presses. This new hybrid machine technology provides similar benefits to all-electric servo-controlled machines but at a reduced capital expense. Benefits include lower operating costs with Power-on-Demand, lower acoustic emissions, and as much as an 80% reduction in hydraulic oil. The machines are controlled with the FormPro™ Ultra control with Easy-Operator-Setup (EOS) functionality and velocity control, with optional force control capabilities. This control system is a digital, Ethernet based control system with advanced maintenance diagnostics.
