Wilmington, Ohio, December 20, 2021 – Innovative Engineered Solutions, Inc. officially announced today the hiring of Doug Pierson as its new General Manager. Doug has been in the metal forming industry for 30 years and brings a wealth of tube bending and forming application knowledge with him to iES. iES will benefit from his vast experience in developing bending and forming processes and in specifying application specific machines and tooling to maximize operational efficiency. In his GM role he will drive revenue growth and operational excellence in leading the day-to-day operations of the business.
